• Sharing transfer can be arranged from Burj Dubai, Deira, and Sheikh Zayed to Marina
• In the month of Ramadan, the timings are changed
• Modifications of 30 to 60 minutes are possible in the pick-up or drop-off timings on sharing transfers as per the schedule of the trip. However, it depends on the traffic conditions in the area concerned

Booking Policy
1. If any cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the trip, no cancellation fee will be charged
2. If any cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, a 100% cancellation fee shall be charged
3. All eligible refunds shall be made to the respective bank accounts within 7- 14 working days after the cancellation

Child Policy
1. Children up to 3 years or below shall be considered infants and no fee shall be charged
2. Children aged between 3 & 10 shall be treated as children and charged at the rate meant for children
3. Children above 10 will be treated as adults and charged at the usual rate
