The ticket prices vary depending on the number of rides you take. It also depends on whether you have children accompanying you. You can book your Jebel Jais Sledder tickets for only a single ride or a set that includes three rides.

  • Adult Tickets: AED 50 for a single ride & AED 120 for a set of three rides
  • Adult+Child Tickets: AED 65 for a single ride and AED 140 for three rides

Points to Note

  • If you opt to go for the set of three rides, you’ll have to take all the rides on the same day itself. The rides can’t be spread over multiple days
  • All riders below the age of 18 shall need to get a waiver signed by their parents or guardians. The waiver needs to be signed by everyone wishing to take the ride

The Jais Sledder doesn’t operate on Mondays.

The last sledder sets off at 05:30pm and the ticket counter downs its shutters between 04:30pm and 05:00pm depending on how many people have lined up. You are therefore requested to plan your visit accordingly so that you face no inconvenience. Important Information

  • Those with a height of less than 135cm must be accompanied by an adult driver
  • The authorities may be forced to close down the ride or change its timings due to unforeseen circumstances. All are notified that the authorities reserve the right to do so
  • It’s a must that all riders remain properly seated and are securely belted during the entire ride
  • Riders are prevented from carrying pets, bulky, loose or sharp items, food or backpacks
  • For the reasons of safety, all riders are to refrain from touching the track at any time during the ride, before or after it
  • Not more than two people can board a single sled and their combined weight shouldn’t be more than 150 kilos
