Essential Information
- Kindly provide a valid ID proof when coming for the activity. Your passport, Emirates ID, or driving license will do. No guests will be allowed to fly without any proof of ID.
- We provide transfer facilities from Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre, Dubai Outlet Mall, and Dubai Marina Mall.
- Participants should be in good health. Besides, the maximum weight limit of the activity is 120 kg.
- Please fill out the waiver form at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity time. Here is the link to the online waiver form.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to join the flight.
- Kids below 5 years old and senior citizens above 85 years old won’t be allowed for the activity.
- People with serious heart conditions or those who had an accident in the last six months cannot join the ride.
- Anyone with a height phobia must strictly avoid the ride.
- Anyone with mental and emotional health issues or any physical disabilities must not join the balloon ride.
- We provide transfer facilities in the remote areas. However, in that case, kindly inform our operations team. We charge extra for that.
- The maximum capacity of the ride is four people.
- Drones are not allowed to fly during the activity as per the government rules and regulations.
- The activity date and time are allotted as per availability.
