How to Reach

• By Metro: Take a metro to the DMCC metro station. Drop off there and walk on the overpass to the mall. 
• By Bus: Take the RTA bus number 8 to the Marina Promenade stop. Afterward, hire a taxi or walk to the destination.
• By Private Transfers: If none of the above works for you, you can also book a private transfer with us at an additional cost for a more comfortable journey.

Alternatively, guests can also take shuttles to the Marina Mall. 

Essential Information & Requirements

• Bring your passport or a valid ID when coming for the activity.
• Anyone between 12 to 65 can sign up for the ride. However, riders below 18 must come with their guardian on the activity day.
• The minimum height requirement is 130 cm, and the weight requirement is 45-100 kg. Besides, riders should be in good physical condition.
• Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, and avoid dresses, flip-flops, or other footwear.
• Keep your hair tied, and avoid wearing accessories- bracelets, earrings, or other loose accessories. Besides, you must wear modest clothes.
• Riders will get small lockers to store wallets, handbags, keys, and mobile phones. Don’t bring big luggage or shopping bags.
• Helmets have GoPro attached. Therefore, you will get personalized videos and pictures in your email post activity.
• Pregnant ladies must not come for the activity.
• Guests taking drugs, alcohol, or other meds must avoid the activity due to safety reasons.
• Riders with physical or mental conditions and anyone suffering recurring injuries are strictly prohibited.
• No refunds are available for cancellations and reselling is prohibited.
• One ticket allows participation for once in the ride. 
• Fill out a form after you receive the ticket at the activity location.
• Bookings are done as per the availability.
• Early bookings are a plus point for availing new and great offers.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• After two hours of successful booking, the confirmation voucher will be sent to your email.
• In case the preferred slot is unavailable, you can book alternate schedules.
• There is a 100% cancellation charge if canceled after the confirmation.
• However, one can do so with a refund before the confirmation. 
• For safety reasons, children younger than 12 years old are not allowed.
• The rest of the guests must pay standard charges.
