Our pickup facilities are available from particular areas as mentioned in the inclusions. No transfers are available from Abu Dhabi.
Pickups from RAK are done from your hotel or Al Hamra Mall (common pickup point).
Pickup details (timing and location) will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
Reach the pickup point at least ten minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Terms and Conditions
If the weather does not permit, the operator has the right to cancel the scheduled flight.
Kids can join the balloon flight, but the minimum age limit is 5 years old (135 cm tall).
Participants between 11 and 16 years must join with an adult over 16 years.
The adult tickets are issued for passengers aged 12 and above.
The maximum weight limit to join the activity is 130 kg.
Always keep your phones in flight mode during the activity.
Don’t forget to charge your phone for an unlimited photo session.
The hot air balloon ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You cannot participate in the flight if you are 3 months or more pregnant.
There are certain activities that you must not engage in 24 hours before the hot air balloon flight. It includes consuming alcohol, drugs, and scuba diving.
Kindly note that the pilot in charge has the authority to deny entry to anyone who fails to follow the terms & conditions, instructions, safety protocols, and those who may be a danger to the flight.

There are no refunds for those who do not show up for the activity, arrive late, or miss the flight.
Pilots have the right to refuse entry to anybody if they are unfit, not following the safety protocols, or are a danger to the flight operation. Moreover, there are no refunds for the same.
