- Rescheduling is allowed. Alternatively, you can also get a refund.
- Everyone must bring their valid photo ID proof when coming for the ride.
- Kindly arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Kids must arrive with a legal adult (at least 12 years old).
- Only two kids are allowed on private rides.
- You can choose any slot between 9 am to 5.30 pm.
- Arriving on the scheduled flight time will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued.
- Failing to meet the dress requirements can lead to the refusal to join the activity.
- The helicopter ride depends on weather conditions.
Timing
HeliDubai operates daily from 9 am to 5.30 pm. You can choose any slot between 9 am to 11 am, 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm, and 3.10 pm to 5.10 pm.
How to Reach?
By Metro- Take the redline metro and get down at the Mall of the Emirates station. HeliDubai is located just opposite the Mall of the Emirates.
By Bus- Bus lines F30, F32, F33, 81, and 105 will take you to the Mall of the Emirates stop (2-5). The mall is a just 10-minute walking distance from the station.
Good to Know
- Any consumption of food or beverage and smoking is prohibited during the ride.
- Only for children above 2 years.
- Pregnant women are allowed provided they are into 32 weeks or less of pregnancy.
- The routes depend on safety and traffic regulations.
- No refund or rescheduling for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations attempted before 48 hours of the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
- Upon canceling the bookings within 48 hours, it will be 50% chargeable.
- If you cancel in less than 24 hours, it will be 100% chargeable.
- The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
- Children above 2 years old must book child tickets.
- Others above 12 years old must book standard tickets.
