Location and Timing

• Location- Dubai Marina Harbor
• Boarding begins from 8:30 PM
• Reporting needs to be done between 7:30 PM – 8 PM
• Sailing between 9 PM and 1 AM on 1^st January 2026
• Drop off will be done between 1:30 AM and 2:30 AM

Important Information

• Bring along the Emirates ID or passport for identity verification before boarding the yacht.
• We do not offer shared transfers for this package. However, if you need transport, you can book our private transfer option with an additional charge.
• The transfer can vary from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the traffic conditions of your location.
• In case of bad weather or high tides, the coast guard may deny access to the open sea, and the cruise location may lead to get changed.
• This is a winter night; it is best to carry a warm jacket or shawl.
• The cruise sets sail at the scheduled time and does not wait for late arrivals. There will be no such refunds in such cases.
• After 4 PM, certain area roads get closed. Hence, we may not be able to offer any transfer from there.
• Both men and women can choose party wear. However, we advise everyone to be careful not to wear revealing clothes like swimsuits and bikinis. Avoid long gowns too, as they can cause discomfort.

Cancellation Policy

• Once a booking is confirmed, it becomes non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged in case of cancellation.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

When the Organizer May Cancel the Event

• Weather or Sea Not Safe

If the captain/organizer feels the weather or sea conditions could risk guest safety, the event may be delayed, moved to another time, or canceled.

• Yacht Problems or Safety Issues

If the yacht has mechanical troubles, safety concerns, or operational issues that stop it from running properly, the organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Guest Requirement (if applicable)

Shared events must meet a minimum number of guests. If this number is not reached by the deadline, the organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Uncontrollable Situations (Force Majeure)

Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies can lead to cancellations without any extra responsibility on the organizer.

• Refunds and Extra Costs

Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.

• No additional compensation will be offered.

Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

How You Will Be Notified

If the event is canceled or changed, guests will be informed through:
a) Email
b) SMS or phone call
c) The platform through which the booking was made

Liability

• The Organizer’s responsibility is limited to refunding the charter fee paid. They are not liable for weather changes or missed experiences (fireworks) caused by factors outside their control.
