- In case of weather advisories, the coast guard may adjust the cruise route for safety reasons.
- Exact boarding point and contact information will be shared 1–2 days before the event.

- The cruise will depart strictly on schedule; late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Cancellation Policy
- Once booked, the tour is non-refundable; a 100% cancellation fee applies.
- If the tour becomes unavailable after booking, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.
- If cancellation is from our side, the refund will reflect within 7–14 days.
Health-Related Cancellation Policy
Guests requesting cancellation due to medical reasons must provide a valid medical certificate or supporting documents. Refunds will be processed only after verification. Requests without proper proof may be declined as per policy.

Organizer Cancellation Policy
When the Organizer May Cancel the Event
- Weather or Sea Not Safe
If the captain/organizer feels the weather or sea conditions could risk guest safety, the event may be delayed, moved to another time, or canceled.
- Cruise Problems or Safety Issues
If the cruise has mechanical troubles, safety concerns, or operational issues that stop it from running properly, the organizer may cancel the booking.
- Minimum Guest Requirement (if applicable)
Shared events must meet a minimum number of guests. If this number is not reached by the deadline, the organizer may need to cancel the event.
- Uncontrollable Situations (Force Majeure)
Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies can lead to cancellations without any extra responsibility on the organizer.
- Refunds and Extra Costs
Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.
- No additional compensation will be offered.
Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

If the event is canceled or changed, guests will be informed through:

b) SMS or phone call
c) The platform through which the booking was made
Liability
- The Organizer’s responsibility is limited to refunding the charter fee paid. They are not liable for weather changes or missed experiences (fireworks) caused by factors outside their control.
