- There is no cancellation fee if you cancel the tickets before 14 days of the New Year’s Eve date.
- However, if you cancel the tickets within 14 days of 31st December 2025, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
- If you are eligible for the refund, you will receive it within seven business days.

- Kids below 3 years have free entry.
- Children’s tickets for those between 3 and 10 years old.
