Essential Information

• Our pickup facilities are available from particular areas as mentioned in the inclusions. No transfers are available from Abu Dhabi.
• Pickups from RAK are done from your hotel or Al Hamra Mall (common pickup point).
• Pickup details (timing and location) will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
• Reach the pickup point at least ten minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Terms and Conditions

• If the weather does not permit, the operator has the right to cancel the scheduled flight.
• Kids can join the balloon flight, but the minimum age limit is 5 years old (135 cm tall).
• Participants between 11 and 16 years must join with an adult over 16 years.
• The adult tickets are issued for passengers aged 12 and above.
• The maximum weight limit to join the activity is 130 kg.
• Always keep your phones in flight mode during the activity.
• Don’t forget to charge your phone for an unlimited photo session.
• The hot air balloon ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 
• You cannot participate in the flight if you are 3 months or more pregnant.
• There are certain activities that you must not engage in 24 hours before the hot air balloon flight. It includes consuming alcohol, drugs, and scuba diving.
• Kindly note that the pilot in charge has the authority to deny entry to anyone who fails to follow the terms & conditions, instructions, safety protocols, and those who may be a danger to the flight.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations requested 36 hours before the scheduled departure will be fully refundable.
• Cancelling the activity under 36 hours before the scheduled departure will be non-refundable.
• Refunds are made with an activity voucher. It will remain valid for one year.
• There are no refunds for those who do not show up for the activity, arrive late, or miss the flight.
• Pilots have the right to refuse entry to anybody if they are unfit, not following the safety protocols, or are a danger to the flight operation. Moreover, there are no refunds for the same.
