What to expect at VR Park Dubai Mall?
Right in the VR Park’s center is the Burj Drop which lets you have a truly extraordinary experience of the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. It’s an amazing VR game where you are made to feel that you are cleaning the building’s massive windows. Things aren’t really hunky dory and in a while, they go wrong. You experience a spine-chilling moment of terror as you hang on precariously to the edge of the building after a drop. It’s the wonder of spectacular VR technology at its most immersive avatar. This game certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted though.
It is based on VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality). The games are a challenge to realism as they take you to a fantasy world and there’s a distinct emphasis on what we call ‘shared escapism’. The 7,000 square meter facility is home to 30+ interactive rides that enthrall you.

How to Reach
The VR Park is on the Dubai Mall’s second floor. There are three ways you can reach the mall from the airport.
- By Bus on Line 27: It takes 32 minutes to reach Dubai Mall from Terminal 3 of the airport. Board a train that shall take you to the Deira City Centre. From there, take a bus to the Dubai Mall that houses the VR Park
- By the Metro: There are metro trains between Terminal 3 and the Burj Khalifa every 10 minutes. You can easily reach the Dubai Mall from the Burj Khalifa in just a few minutes
- Book a Taxi: A taxi shall drop you right at the entrance of the Dubai Mall from any part of the city
Important Information
- A single pass is valid for a single person for only a single day.
- Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply separately for each ride and attraction.
- An adult must always accompany their children and in rides as needed.
- Guests cannot share their Super 7 pass.
- Guests can only take the rides once in their lifetime.
- Minimum height of children- below 120 cm.
- Minimum height of adults- 120 cm
- The guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the time scheduled depending on the times picked during the booking.
- The operator may deny a child permission to participate in a game due to safety concerns.
- All visitors are therefore urged to adhere to the child policy at all times.

- You can park your vehicle near the Reels Cinema Parking which is on Level 2 of the Dubai Mall.
- While entry into the VR Park is free, you’ll need to pay separately for each ride and game. You are given the option of stocking up on credits when you pay.
- It’s best to purchase a Gold Pass at 200 AED that gives you access to 7 rides and thrilling experiences.
- You may also opt for the Power Pass at AED 192 online for unlimited access to all the rides inside the park within 3 hours from your entry.
- We suggest that you visit on a weekday to avoid the crowds.
- Book the tickets in advance to enjoy some offers.
- There are deals and discounts that guests can apply to their tickets when booked online.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- No charges are applied if the cancellations are made 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
- A 100% cancellation charge is applied if the cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
- The pass isn’t transferrable or refundable.
- If you are eligible for a refund, the amount is credited to your account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Free entry is for children below 3 years old.
- Children between 3 and 10 years of age are considered children and charged at child rates
- Children above 10 are charged at standard rates

It’s best to visit the VR Park in the afternoons since that’s when you can avoid the crowds and enjoy all the attractions to the hilt.
Again, you can avoid the crowds if you visit the park between Tuesday and Thursday. On other days, you’ll have to deal with a boisterous crowd.

No, visitors aren’t allowed to bring any food from outside into the VR Park. There are eateries here within the premises.
By the metro: You’ll need to hop into a metro on the Red Line and get off at the Burj Khalifa or the Dubai Mall stations. From there the VR Park is only a short walk away on the air-conditioned footbridge.
By bus: You can take the buses on routes 27 and 29. Buses on route 27 set off from the Deira Gold Souk bus stop while buses on route 29 depart from the Ghubaida bus stop. You’ll have to get off at the Grand Drive Entrance on the Dubai Mall’s ground floor.
By car: Drive to the P2 building and park on Level 7.
