• A minimum of two people are required to arrange the New Year Dubai Desert Safari activity.
• The pickup and drop-off timings will vary as per the traffic conditions in your area if select the Private transfer option.
• Guests will receive the activity-related details before the scheduled activity time.
• This trip is available for the 31st of December only.
• No transfers will happen from Dubai Downtown (Business Bay and Burj).
• Wear comfortable clothes that are also modest. For example, T-shirts, joggers or trousers.
• Our private transfers are only available if you select the option while booking and it is available at additional charges. 
• There is a 5% VAT charge on every tourist booking.

Important Information

• Booking this trip requires a minimum of two people.
• For Private transfer, the visitors will be picked up from their Hotel or Residence in Dubai. We don’t do pickups from the Airport.
• Sharing transfer options will be available from the Mall of Emirate, Spinneys Burjman Center, Al-Mula Plaza, and Deira City Center.
• If you are not opting for any transfers, then kindly reach on time to the location. 
• Direct Reporting time is 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM for those who selected without the transfer option.
• A New Year’s cake-cutting ceremony will be conducted.
• Pickups for this New Year Desert safari are subject to change by 30 minutes to an hour based on traffic conditions.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• There will be 100% cancellation charges if you cancel the booking within 14 days of the scheduled tour.
• But if you cancel it before the 14 days, then you are eligible for a refund.
