How to Reach
By Tram: The tram station closest to the venue is the Jumeirah Lake Towers from where the destination is just a 12-minute walk.
By the Metro: Hop into a metro on the Red Line and get off at the Jumeirah Lake Towers. The Dubai Marina is only a short walk from here.
By Bus: Get into a bus on the 8, 88 or F55A route and get off at the Union Metro Bus Stop D. From here it’s just a short walk.
Important Information
- We can arrange private return transfers for an additional cost.
- We do not provide airport pick-ups. Pick-ups are only available from hotels/accommodations located centrally in Dubai.
- Please note that the timings of the pick-ups and drops may be adjusted by at least 30 to 60 minutes based on the prevailing traffic conditions and your location in the city.
- The pick-ups are usually done between 6:30 and 7:00 pm on the 31st of December and the drops between 2:30 and 3:00 am the following morning, i.e. the 1st of January.
- Those who choose to come on their own are requested to arrive by 8:00 pm.
- While the boarding kicks off at 9:00 pm, the cruise starts at 10:00 pm on 31st December and ends at 1:00 am on the 1st of January.
- The cruise departs from Marina Promenade, Near Double Tree by the Hilton beside the Jewels Towers.
- The location details are shared with those coming on their own on the 30th of December.
- Carry warm clothes in case you feel chilly in the night.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel before 14 days of the scheduled trip, you are eligible for a refund.
- But if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled trip, you are not eligible for a refund and are 100% chargeable.
- The refund will be done within 7 to 14 working days.
Child Policy
- Kids who are less than 3 years old will not have to pay anything.
- Children who are within 3 to 10 years will have to pay child rates.
- Kids older than 10 years will have to pay adult rates.
