Important Information

• There will be no pick-up for the tour on New Year’s Eve. You have to reach the location on time.
• The location is Al Seef, Umm Hurair 1, Bur Dubai Sight. Gate No. E, Near Kailash Parbat Restaurant.
• You get a list of the New Year Gourmet menu on the Dhow cruise.
• The cruise duration 10 pm to 1 am.
• You have to report to the location at 9 pm.
• Carry warm clothes in case the weather gets chilly.
• Book in advance to avail up to a 15% OFF discount on your ticket purchase.

If you want a private transfer, you can book one with us at an additional cost.

• Private transfers are available only from hotels or residences (with additional charges).
• The transfer timing can change by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic. 
• Pickup will be generally from 6:30 pm to 7.30 pm.
• Drop-off will be between 2:30 am and 3 am. 

If you are coming by your own transportation

• Reach 30 minutes before the activity time.
• Report to the boarding point by 8 PM.
• Boarding at 9 PM.
• Cruise duration is 10 PM to 1 AM- approximate time. 

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling the bookings 14 days before the New Year will be 100% refundable.
• If you cancel the bookings within 14 days, it will be 100% non-refundable.
• Expect to get the refund within seven business days (if eligible). 

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years can enter free of cost.
• Children between 3 to 10 years will be charged children rates.
• Children above the age of 10 will have to be charged adult rates.
