Timing Details
- The ski park snow is artificially produced but otherwise real. Feel the chill!
- The park remains open on all days. The timings are:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 11 pm
- Friday: 10 am to 12 am
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 12 am
- Ski lessons can be booked for beginners with expert trainers.
- The price depends on other inclusions as well.
- Lockers can be rented in the parks. Hats, gloves, and boots can also be rented.
How to Reach
- By Car: Ski Dubai is 13.8 kilometers away from Dubai city center. Driving on the Sheikh Zayed Road/E11 route shall take you to your destination in just 11 minutes.
- By Bus: Get into a bus that shall take you to the Mall of the Emirates 2-1 stop. The bus stop is only 400 meters away from Ski Dubai, only a 6-minute walk.

Tips and Guidelines
- We request our guests to bring along valid ID proof for age proof.
- All safety gear and equipment shall be provided at the venue itself.
- Only children above 8 years of age, more than 125 cm tall and more than 30 kilos in weight are allowed to take the Snow Bullet Ride. The weight of adults shouldn’t be more than 120 kilos.
- Access to the slope is allowed only to experienced snowboarders/skiers.
- Helmets are mandatory for children below the age of 13.
- Ski Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if no more slots are available. In such instances, visitors are given the option to revisit some other day at their convenience.
- Learn about the height and weight restrictions before hopping on a ride.
- No cameras or mobile phones in the Penguin Encounter Area.
- There are restaurants for people to fill their stomachs- North 28 and Avalanche Cafe among many others. Hence, do not bring outside foods inside the premises.
- There is no refund for unused or partial services.
- Snowboarders or skiers have the right to use the slope if they wish to.
- Wear warm clothes because of temperature is -4 degrees Celsius.
- Snow crystals can hurt other people if thrown on others.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- We do not allow children below 2 years to take any activity.
- Beyond 2 years requires a full ticket at adult rates.
- After issuing tickets in the system, there will be no further cancellations.
- If there is still a cancellation, there will be a 100% cancellation charge.
