• Please note that the timings of the pick-ups and drops may be adjusted by at least 30 to 60 minutes based on the traffic conditions and your location in the city.
• The final location and cruising details are shared before the scheduled activity.
• Carry warm clothes in case you feel chilly at night.
• Transfers cannot be arranged from areas that close after 4 PM.
• In case of road closures or heavy traffic near your location, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in reaching a common meeting point to ensure timely departure.
• There is no refund for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Sailing is subject to approval by the coast guard and may be affected by weather or sea conditions. It may also result in a change of location.
• Transfer timings are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The cruise departs promptly and cannot be delayed. Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the boarding time for a smooth experience.
• While there is no strict dress code for the cruise, guests are encouraged to wear modest attire out of respect for the local culture and traditions. Revealing clothing is best avoided.
• Seating arrangements are managed by the cruise management based on the deck selected by the guest.
• The cruise is inaccessible to strollers.

Timing Details

• The pick-ups are done between 8 pm and 8:30 pm on the 31^st of December and the drop-offs between 2 am and 3 am the following morning, i.e., the 1^st of January 2027.
• Those who choose to come on their own are requested to arrive before 9 pm. The direct reporting boarding time is from 9 pm to 9:30 pm.
• The general boarding time is 9 pm to 9:45 pm.
• While the boarding kicks off at 9 pm, the cruise starts at 10:00 pm on 31^st December and ends at 1:00 am on the 1^st of January 2027.
• The cruise departs from Marina Promenade, Near Double Tree by the Hilton beside the Jewels Towers.

How to Reach?

By Tram: The tram station closest to the venue is the Jumeirah Lake Towers, from where the destination is just a 12-minute walk.

By the Metro: Hop into a metro on the Red Line and get off at the Jumeirah Lake Towers. The Dubai Marina is only a short walk from here.

By Bus: Get into a bus on the 8, 88, or F55A route and get off at the Union Metro Bus Stop D. From here, it’s just a short walk.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Tours are non-cancelable after booking, with a full (100%) cancellation fee applicable.
• In the event that the cancellation is made from our end, the refunded amount will show in your bank statement within 7 to 14 days.

Child Policy

• Children between 0-10 years will have to pay child rates.
• Kids older than 10 years will have to pay standard rates.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

When the Organizer May Cancel the Event

• Weather or Sea Not Safe

If the captain/organizer feels the weather or sea conditions could risk guest safety, the event may be delayed, moved to another time, or canceled.

• Cruise Problems or Safety Issues

If the cruise has mechanical troubles, safety concerns, or operational issues that stop it from running properly, the organizer may cancel the booking.

• Minimum Guest Requirement (if applicable)

Shared events must meet a minimum number of guests. If this number is not reached by the deadline, the organizer may need to cancel the event.

• Uncontrollable Situations (Force Majeure)

Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies can lead to cancellations without any extra responsibility on the organizer.

• Refunds and Extra Costs

Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.

• No additional compensation will be offered.

Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

How You Will Be Notified

If the event is canceled or changed, guests will be informed through:
a) Email
b) SMS or phone call
c) The platform through which the booking was made

Liability

• The Organizer’s responsibility is limited to refunding the charter fee paid. They are not liable for weather changes or missed experiences (fireworks) caused by factors outside their control.
