- Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board.
- Children must stay with their parent or guardian throughout the cruise.
- Seating is assigned based on ticket selection (Regular or VIP).
- Bring your booking confirmation—digital or printed.
- Drink responsibly and follow all safety instructions from the crew.
- Strollers cannot be accommodated on the cruise or its decks.
- Transfers are not available from areas closing after 4 PM.
- If there’s traffic or a road closure near your location, please reach the common meeting point to avoid delays.
- Sailing depends on the weather and the coast guard approval- this may lead to a change of location.
- Transfer times may vary slightly due to traffic.
- The cruise departs on schedule, so please arrive early to board on time.
- Late arrivals are considered no-shows, and refunds will not be issued.

When the Organizer May Cancel the Event
- Weather or Sea Not Safe
If the captain/organizer feels the weather or sea conditions could risk guest safety, the event may be delayed, moved to another time, or canceled.
- Cruise Problems or Safety Issues
If the cruise has mechanical troubles, safety concerns, or operational issues that stop it from running properly, the organizer may cancel the booking.
- Minimum Guest Requirement (if applicable)
Shared events must meet a minimum number of guests. If this number is not reached by the deadline, the organizer may need to cancel the event.
- Uncontrollable Situations (Force Majeure)
Events like natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies can lead to cancellations without any extra responsibility on the organizer.
- Refunds and Extra Costs
Guests will receive a refund of the amount they paid.
- No additional compensation will be offered.
Any other expenses, like travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings, must be covered by the guests themselves.

- The Organizer’s responsibility is limited to refunding the charter fee paid. They are not liable for weather changes or missed experiences (fireworks) caused by factors outside their control.
