Dubai’s Seasonal Attractions Closing Soon for this Summer

Dubai’s Seasonal Attractions Closing Soon for this Summer

Dubai’s winter season is slowly packing its bags, and honestly, this is the time when everyone suddenly realizes they still have a long list of places they wanted to visit “before summer starts.” With temperatures already climbing, several of Dubai’s most-loved outdoor attractions are getting ready to close for the season until the cooler months return later this year.

So if you have been postponing that Global Village trip, waiting for the “perfect weekend” to visit Miracle Garden, or planning a Hatta escape with friends, this is your sign to finally make it happen. From glowing parks and flower tunnels to mountain adventures and waterfront food spots, these places are all set to take their yearly summer break soon.

These Popular Dubai Attractions Are Closing Soon

  1. Marsa Boulevard

Closing Date: Sunday, May 3rd

If spending an evening with a coffee in hand along the Creekside is your kind of plan, then this deserves a visit before it gets closed. The pop-up destination along Dubai Creek has become a favourite for people looking to slow down after busy workdays. With small cafes, food spots, skyline views, and breezy outdoor seating, it is one of those places where you go for “just coffee” and end up staying much longer.

  1. Hatta Wadi Hub

Closing Date: Sunday, May 3rd

We all need a break from the busy city life, and that’s when Hatta Wadi Hub becomes the most sought-after destination. It is packed with outdoor adventures, such as kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, zorbing, zip lining, and many other experiences. The giant swing alone is enough to test your courage levels. Families can also stay overnight in the cozy Terra Cabins surrounded by mountains, making it feel like a completely different side of Dubai.

  1. Global Village

Closing Date: Sunday, May 10th

There is a reason why people return to Global Village season after season. From browsing for handmade bags to sampling foreign cuisine while enjoying the delicious delights of the carnival lashing up on stage. There are 30 country pavilions, thousands of retail shops, rides, games, and all the food options in one place; it’s an evening plan done and dusted! It was also the first season when Gardens of the World were staged between the pavilions, which provided beautiful floral displays.

  1. Dubai Miracle Garden

Closing Date: Sunday, May 31st

A flowery garden is great but when they are shaped into the most majestic creatures and life-size castles, you will enjoy every second. Each of the elements stands out to the visitors because everywhere you look, you will see flowers. While the kids enjoy their time at the Smurfs village, the adults enjoy their time taking hundreds of pictures around the beautiful creatures.

  1. Dubai Safari Park

Closing Date: Sunday, May 31st

A safari day in Dubai would be exciting enough, but Dubai Safari Park makes it even better with themed villages, safari drives, feeding time, and playgrounds for kids. The park is home to 3000 animals and offers a variety of educational and conservation activities. Whether it is the giraffes, the rhinos, the birds or desert animals, something is always happening around every corner. There are also special offers, such as kids-go-free and buy two get two free on full-price ticket sales.

  1. Dubai Garden Glow

Closing Date: Sunday, May 31st

Dubai Garden Glow is likely one of the most family-friendly activities! More than 10 million LED lights illuminate the entire place to make it a wonderland full of colored displays past sundown. The dinosaur park houses more than 120 animatronic dinosaurs, optical illusion areas, icy animal sculptures and interactive areas for children to explore and learn while having fun!

Before Dubai Summer Officially Takes Over

Dubai and its endless activities go on for the whole year! Even if the summer activities come to a close, there are more activities that are gearing up to welcome everyone. From the incredible weather to the fine dining experiences, you will enjoy a great weekend or vacation!
