Booking the Perfect Yacht

You need to choose the ideal yacht depending on the number of guests from the available options. You’ll need to consider your budget as well. Here are the guidelines to follow:

• The ride has to be booked for a minimum of 4 hours
• Get in touch with us through a call, drop us an email, or chat with us online
• At an extra charge, you may add pick and drop, a cake, meals, decorations, and more
• Your booking is confirmed after payment by email or WhatsApp
• You may online, through bank transfer, or in cash
• Apart from the location map, we shall share the coordinator and the captain’s contact details
• You can also avail discount if booked early with us.
• Last-minute bookings may have some offers for you.
• It is best to book online and in advance with us to get limited-time offers and deals on the tickets.

Dress Code

You can wear casual clothes you feel comfortable in. Do carry a jacket during winter.

Things to Note

• At a charge of AED 20 per person, soft drinks and refreshments are served.
• Please carry your original passport or your Emirates ID card as per the Dubai Coast Guard’s advice.
• The trip can go ahead only after clearance from the Coast Guard depending on the weather conditions.
• The yacht sets off from the Dubai Marina Yacht Club and also drops you there.
• Arriving late shall be considered a ‘no show’ and no refund requests shall be entertained.
• Don’t forget to charge your camera or mobile since you’ll want to take innumerable snaps.
• Avoid taking snaps of Arab women unless you are permitted to do so by them.
• Don’t take photographs of government buildings or military installations.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to poor weather, equipment malfunction, or force majeure. The company may refund you or reschedule or trip.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time for a hassle-free journey if you are coming on your own.
• Different yachts are available. Choose one that suits your needs. Consider the number of guests you have which is the most important factor.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• There is a 100% cancellation charge, if you cancel within 48 hours of your departure
• Otherwise, if you cancel before 48 hours, you will receive a refund.
• The refund will be completed in 7 to 14 working days. 
• In case, there are bad weather conditions on your selected slot, we will offer a suitable different slot.
