- We will arrange for pick up from your hotel only and not from any airport.

- The transfer time may vary by 30-60 minutes for traffic conditions.
- Reach the location 45 minutes before the cruise begins.
- If you opt for sharing transfers, they can only be arranged from Sheikh Zayed to Marin, Bur Dubai and Deira.

- If you make any cancellation 6 hours before your tour then will charge you the complete money as a cancellation charge.
- If you make any cancellation 6 hours before the tour then you not be charged for cancellation.
- If we feel that you should receive a refund will send the same to your account in 7 business days.

- Kids who are less than 3 years of age will not have to pay any fees.
- Children who fall between 3 years to 10 years old will have to pay child rates.
- Kids above the age of 10 years will have to pay standard rates.
