• We provide transfers from a few areas in the city (centrally located in the city). Airport transfers are not available.
• Kindly note- Pregnant women, people with heart issues, or other serious health issues must avoid participating in the activity.
• Parents and guardians must keep their kids under supervision at all times, especially when participating in safari activities.
• We make sure to maintain a suitable environment. Hence, we don’t allow smoking and alcohol consumption in vehicles.
• In case of poor weather conditions or other emergencies, the activity can be canceled or modified. We will notify the guests accordingly.
• Kids below 18 years old cannot participate in dune buggy rides.

• The activity will last for approximately 5-6 hours.
• The pickup timing is between 4-4.30 pm.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made before 48 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free.
• Any cancellations made within 48 hours will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
