- Guardians/parents must accompany children at all times
- Pregnant women are forbidden from using the Ice Rink

- We are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. on weekends (Thursday to Saturday).
- Want to enjoy off-peak rates? Then turn up on weekdays between 10 a.m. & 2 p.m.
- Ticket rates are AED 110 for the peak timing and may change. Extra charges are applicable for DJ Night. You would need to pay additional charges for gloves, helmets, Penguin, Snowman, Seal, and VIP skates.
Booking Guidelines
- Once a ticket has been booked, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied in the event of a cancellation request.
- Children up to 3 years of age will be entitled to free entry. Those between 3 and 10 years will be charged child rates. Those above 10 years will be charged adult rates.
